HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / August 29, 2022 / Camber Energy, Inc.'s, (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company") majority-owned subsidiary, Viking Energy Group, Inc. ("Viking"), announced today that Viking's majority-owned subsidiary, Viking Protection Systems, LLC ("Viking Protection"), filed on August 23, 2022 a new patent application in the United States Patent & Trademark Office relating to its electric transmission line protection technology. The patent application is a continuation of previous filings and covers systems for preventing ground faults in existing three phase electric transmission lines caused by line breakage (open conductor). Fires caused by line breaks have caused injury, death and billions of dollars in damage to public and private property, to forests and to wildlife. Existing systems shut down the power on broken lines after the broken lines have contacted the ground (structures or natural earth) and therefore do not always prevent faults that can cause disastrous damage.

Viking Protection's rapid pro-active systems are designed to terminate (shut-off) the power before the broken line(s) makes any contact with the ground (structures or natural earth), the aim being to prevent an incendiary event or other disaster.

This new patent application is specific to systems that utilize Viking's high sensitivity parameter detection that reacts within fractions of a second to shut down broken lines before ground contact can occur.

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 16, 2022 / Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that on June 15, 2022 it redeemed 2,636 shares of Series G Preferred Stock (the "Series G Shares"), which were previously issued by the Company on December 31, 2021 as part of a financing commitment from an institutional investor.

The 2,636 Series G Shares were associated with a promissory note issued by the investor in favor of the Company in the principal amount of $23,750,000, due June 30, 2022, and the Company exercised its right to redeem the shares and cancel the promissory note. The other two promissory notes issued by the investor in favor of the Company remain outstanding and the Company has the right to redeem the Series G Shares associated with such notes.

James Doris, President and Chief Executive Officer of Camber, commented, "Given global economic conditions and the overall pressure on equities, we believe it is prudent to refrain from taking funds under this preferred share structure as the conversion metrics in the current environment would result in a disproportionate amount of dilution. We are committed to ensuring future financings are on the best terms possible for the company's stakeholders."

Further details regarding the above are contained in Camber's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 16, 2022, and available under "investors" - "SEC filings" at www.camber.energy.

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 4, 2022 / Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company"), announced that on April 1, 2022 it received a letter from the NYSE American(the "Exchange") in response to the Company's request for an extension of the date by which the Company is to file outstanding financial reports.

Camber Energy, Inc. (the "Company") is not in compliance with NYSE American LLC's (the "Exchange") continued listing standards. Specifically, the Company is not in compliance with Section 134 and 1101 of the NYSE American Company Guide (the "Company Guide") given the Company failed to timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Filing Delinquency") the following reports (collectively, the "Delayed Reports"): (i) Form 10-K for the 9-month transition period ended December31,2020; (ii) Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2021; (iii) Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2021; and (iv) Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2021.

The Company intended to remedy the Filing Delinquency on or before April 1, 2022, however due to certain circumstances requested the Exchange grant the Company an extension of time by which to file the Delayed Reports. The Exchange accepted the Company's request and has allowed the Company until May 20, 2022 to file the Delayed Reports. The Filing Delinquency will be cured via the filing of the Delayed Reports and the filing of the Company's annual report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 (collectively, the "Required Reports").

If the Company is unable to cure the delinquency by May 20, 2022, Exchange staff will initiate delisting proceedings as appropriate. The Company may appeal a staff delisting determination in accordance with Section 1010 and Part 12 of the Company Guide.

Receipt of the letter does not have any immediate effect on the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange, except that until the Company regains compliance with the Exchange's listing standards, a "BC" indicator will be affixed to the Company's trading symbol. The Company's business operations and SEC reporting requirements are unaffected by the notification, provided that if the Filing Delinquency is not cured then the Company will be subject to the Exchange's delisting procedures.

The Company is committed to filing the Required Reports to achieve compliance with the Exchange's requirements, and, although there are no guarantees it will do so, the Company expects to file the Required Reports on or before May 20, 2022.
