ESG's CO2-Capture Prototype Finally Installed and Tested at Site in Holyoke, MA

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / July 8, 2024 / Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company"), a growth-oriented diversified energy company, shared today the most recent announcement from ESG Clean Energy, LLC ("ESG") advising that test results of the recently installed carbon-capture prototype at ESG's facility in Holyoke, MA indicate ESG's patented water removal technology enables at least twice as much carbon to be captured per pound of adsorbent.

This is an industry-changing outcome as it will significantly reduce the size and cost of carbon capture systems, making them much easier and economical to implement, according to ESG. Camber's wholly-owned subsidiary has licensed the intellectual property associated with ESG's clean energy & carbon-capture system for exclusive use in Canada and for multiple locations in the U.S.

"These results represent another significant milestone in the development and commercialization of our clean energy system. We were confident we would see these numbers, but it is nice to have them validated with data from an operational unit and finally see the proof in our design," said Nick Scuderi, President of ESG Clean Energy, LLC.

James Doris, President & CEO of Camber, commented "We have been waiting a long time for this moment but are very pleased ESG's team has finally completed this critical milestone. Our technical and marketing teams can now begin to analyze applicable data and work towards finalizing and implementing important commercialization and monetization initiatives."

ESG's Recent Announcement

Regarding the test results of its carbon-capture prototype and its patented water removal system, on July 2, 2024 ESG issued a press release which stated, in part:

ESG Clean Energy's Patented Technology More than Doubles CO2-Capture Rate!

CO2-Capture Prototype Finally Installed and Tested at ESG's Active Site in Holyoke, MA

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - (July 2, 2024) - ESG Clean Energy, LLC ("ESG"), developers of power generation/carbon capture systems with a nearly Zero Carbon output, announced today that ongoing testing results at its facility in Holyoke, MA indicate the company's patented water removal technology enables at least twice as much carbon to be captured per pound of adsorbent, which is an industry-changing outcome.

[…]

Following the previously disclosed installation and testing of its water removal system, ESG assembled and commenced testing of its carbon capture prototype, using zeolite (a common adsorbent material for capturing CO2), and recent analyses show that water removal increased carbon capture by 100% per pound of adsorbent. This will significantly reduce the size and cost of carbon capture systems, making them much easier and economical to implement.

ESG Clean Energy's enabling technology is its patented water removal system which consists of an advanced ceramic membrane incorporated into a unique mechanical cooling system. It is designed to be used on large and small systems and can be retrofitted onto current operating power plants.

Testing was conducted at ESG's 4.4MW gas-powered power generation plant in Holyoke that serves the local electrical grid.

ESG plans on implementing this technology across all its planned facilities and has licensed the technology to a subsidiary of Camber Energy (NYSE (Amex): CEI) for all of Canada and multiple locations in the United States.

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 24, 2024 / Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company"), today announced the successful conclusion of critical independent testing of its Broken Conductor Protection Technology for Electric Transmission Systems.

The comprehensive testing, which included over fifty real-time-digital-simulations of broken conductors using varying voltage levels at different points of a transmission line, demonstrated the reliability and effectiveness of Camber's technology in de-energizing a broken conductor before it contacts the ground or a grounded structure, thereby preventing the conductor from being a source of ignition or a danger to life and property.

This testing was coordinated by Bridge View Resources, LLC ("BVR") and conducted at a laboratory of a nationally-recognized engineering firm that specializes in complex and diverse electrical transmission and distribution projects for investor-owned utilities, municipalities, rural cooperatives, and industrial clients.

Steven A. Greenberg, President of BVR, commented "The test results confirm the efficacy of this patented technology, as expected. We are extremely pleased to be working with Camber's team on key elements of the commercialization strategy for this industry-changing product."

Cost of Wildfires

According to the JEC Democratic Majority's analysis published in October, 2023, the total annual economic burden of wildfires in the United States is between $394 billion and $893 billion in damages annually, which is equivalent to between 2-4% of U.S. GDP. Solutions like Camber's broken conductor protection technology can assist with lowering this burden and, most importantly, increase public safety.

Patents in CEI's Wildfire Mitigation Portfolio

Technology owned by majority-owned subsidiaries of Camber is designed to be an integral component within existing grid protection systems, improving resiliency and reliability, eliminating the need for Public Safety Power Shutdown Programs, and significantly reducing the risk of fires and improving public safety.

About Bridge View Resources, LLC

BVR specializes in, among other things, upgrading and modernizing utility infrastructure and systems, and its founder, Steven Greenberg, has experience in implementing strategies, systems and solutions for sustainable facilities, products and services for energy infrastructure. Steven is a member of ASHRAE and previously served in board and/or executive committee positions for the California Alliance for Distributed Energy Resources, the Distributed Power Coalition of America, and the US Combined Heat and Power Association. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic Institute.

Dear Shareholders,

The Company is not involved in the day-to-day trading of its stock in the public market, nor does the Company receive proceeds from the trading of its stock in the secondary market, but we are definitely sensitive to market conditions and their impact on the stock price of many companies, including ours which, in my opinion, does not reflect the value of the organization.

CEI Continues to Expand & Strengthen its I.P. Platform

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 3, 2024 / Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE American:CEI) ("Camber" or the "Company"), today announced receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent & Trademark Office ("USPTO") for patent application No. 17/300,485 titled "End of Line Protection with Trip Signal Engaging", which is expected to be issued in the coming weeks and is in addition to the patents previously announced by the Company within its portfolio of wildfire mitigation technologies.

New Pending Patent

This prospective patent relates to ‘end of line' for distribution line protection, using trip signal engagement and unique sensing methods. Conventionally, when distribution lines incur faults, the faults are detected and power is shut down based on overcurrent condition detection. There are automated mechanisms for resetting tripped circuit breakers to restore power that have historically relied only on those overcurrent conditions. When downed lines are inadvertently grounded, restoration of power (automatic resetting of the breakers) can cause live wire hazards, such as electrocution, fire, equipment damage, etc. Camber's patented technology is designed to prevent premature restoration and eliminate related hazards given its use of end of line multiple sensors and trip signals that prevent restoration (resetting of breakers) until abnormal conditions have been resolved. The pending patent will be issued to Viking Sentinel Technology, LLC, a majority-owned subsidiary of Camber's wholly-owned subsidiary, Viking Energy Group, Inc.
